E Booking Application main login screen will look like as below. Driver can login to the E Booking Management System by typing his credentials.

Dashboard:

After successful login to Electronic Booking Management System the driver will see dashboard from where driver can see any pending booking alert, he can also make a new booking.

Booking Information:

Once a vehicle is selected by the driver the next screen looks like below asking for the following information.

• Pickup Location,
• Drop-off Location
• Trip Type: Per Trip/Per Minute/Per Day
• Email (Optional)
• Phone (Optional)
• Flight Detail (Incase Pickup and Dropoff Is Airport) (Optional)
• Company/Hotel Name (Incase pickup Or Drop-off is from Company/Hotel) (Optional)
• Room Number (Incase pickup Or Drop-off is from Company/Hotel) (Optional)

Booking Created:

Once driver clicks book now button, a booking is created in E Booking Management System with all information as shown in the below screenshot. A QR Code is also created for the booking. Scanning QR Code will display the booking voucher.

Trip Started:

As soon as “Start Trip Now” button is clicked then trip is started along with timer starts. If trip type is selected “Per Minute” then trip fare is calculated based on the trip time consumed Trip status can be confirmed by scanning the QR Code as shown in the below screenshot.

Trip Ended:

As soon as “End Trip Now” is clicked next screen shows total trip amount and a button to receive “Collect Cash”.

Receipt/Voucher:

Once “Collect Cash” button is clicked the next screen shows the receipt and invoice of the trip. The receipt and invoice can be printed and can be sent to client.

Receipt:

A receipt will show full details of trip with customer details as shown in the below screenshot.

Invoice:

An invoice can also be printed and sent to client with complete trip details as shown in the below screenshot.
